At the same time, the lamb's brisket is tougher than the loin, but no less tasty. For this reason, it will take you much time to boil or stew it. We strongly recommend you to cook ragout, soups, various kinds of rolls of the lamb brisket.

Lamb dishes are usually served with piquant sauces, fruit homemade salads. Lamb is a lot more delicate in flavor when served with good sweet wines.
