Then let’s pass over to the first dishes, dishes from meat, poultry, fish and seafood. And we will start the following block with vegetable dishes. Remember that any meat and fish need vegetables, it will not only give the dish a brightness, but also dilute it, give the missing vitamins. Finely there go recipes for baking and sweet dishes. This is logical, since any dinner ends with a dessert, whether it's a simple cookie, biscuits or a cake of your own making. Preparation of fat, conservation for winter (products which are eaten in winter and spring) can be considered as home cooking. Today there are many master classes for beginners, as well as for those who do not know how to cook at all. But it is not worth spending money as you can just get a cookbook and get the hang of it. Perhaps, you will not become a specialist in home cooking at once, but people learn from their mistakes. Having prepared the same dish several times, you will achieve the result, which was originally sought. So, for example, there is nothing difficult in cooking semolina cake with milk. We fill the semolina (1.5 cups) with milk (1 glass) and leave for an hour. Now mix the eggs (3 pieces) with sugar (1 cup) and butter (50 grams), you can add a little salt to taste. Add the baking powder (1 sachet) and semolina to the obtained mass. Then mix everything thoroughly. Pour ready mixture into a prepared casserole dish, grease it with butter and put in the oven for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The cooking time depends on your oven. As soon as a semolina cake is ready, we take it out of the casserole dish and put it on a plate.
