But the experts say that everyone will like the taste. In addition, it is known that in Iceland sheep are grown in huge quantities, the quality of meat and farm products is very high, so the dishes from these products are delicious.

Another amazing food comes from Iceland. In literal translation, the name of the dish is "pickled ram eggs". We would like to note that this is not a figurative name, but rather a reflective content of the dish. The vast majority of Europeans who have tried this masterpiece say that it is tasteless! But we believe that if you have come to Iceland, you should overcome fear and be like an Icelander!

And if you describe the food literally, then this is a normal rotten shark, which in its fresh form is dangerous because of its poison. Enterprising Icelanders dig it in the ground for several weeks. Then they eat it and aren’t afraid to die. The thing is that in the ground It decomposes and the poison loses its activity. After this it can be eaten without further processing. Experts say that the shark should be washed down with local vodka, which is prepared from potatoes. Or vice versa, you should eat a shark when you are drinking vodka. This vodka has a curious name "black death". Thanks to this drink, it will be easier to try the shark. Enjoy your meal!
