Many people faced this subject in the Internet or simply, while they were walking down the street, they heard a new modern word.

But how much utility soars around all of it? We think it is worth revealing the secret, how delicious and necessary it is for us.

For a great number of people, the difference between juice and smoothies is not particularly clear. Yes, both drinks are made from fruits or vegetables. Both of them contain vitamins, which we lack in everyday life. But there are significant differences, which we will discuss below.

Smoothies appeared relatively recently, when the society began to dictate fashion for proper nutrition and to be intensively addicted to natural philosophy. It is not necessary to pursue for fashion if you haven’t understood all this variety of drinks. Does the smoothness harm our health or, on the contrary, does it help the body to fight microbes and viruses?

Freshly squeezed juice itself is low in calorie, since it does not contain pulp in large quantities and is prepared, as a rule, from one fruit or vegetable, but it is a "the ticking bomb". It should be consumed in the morning, or after heavy training, then it will help the body to restore metabolism and to store energy for the next half a day. And do not forget that it doesn’t matter how you produce the juice, it will remain just a drink.

Do not think that smoothies are not caloric. If you add a large amount of fruit containing a sufficient amount of sugar when preparing it, you do not make it useful, and even more so you are mistaken if you think that it is not caloric. When you prepare smoothies, you should be especially careful, and when you use it, especially since smoothies can replace a whole complex dinner. Also, it can be used as a snack. This can be justified by the fact that it contains a lot of fiber.

When you cook, do not limit yourself to the already familiar fruits or vegetables. Do not be afraid to experiment. Add vegetables, nuts, bran, muesli etc.

Having eaten smoothies, you will get rid of hunger for a sufficient amount of time, and the most important thing is that you will not harm your health, because it's better than the notorious sandwich or fast food, which you can eat on the go.

Do not forget if something hurts you. Doctors warn that drinking freshly squeezed juices and smoothies is dangerous for people suffering from gastrointestinal diseases, as well as chronic kidney diseases. If you still want to cook and drink those drinks, do not forget to limit yourself (2-3 times a week) and, it goes without saying that you should previously dilute them with water.
