But do not be so negative about the phrase "proper nutrition". Firstly, because it is not only: "...what the nutritionist prescribed," but also a style and a healthy lifestyle. Secondly, at present it has gained enough popularity, so it is fashionable. Third, if you keep with good nutrition, you motivate people around you, because after looking at your willpower and further results that can be made in a very short time, the others will like you as you do it. Is good nutrition always a diet? No, it's not so! Still, the word "diet" means a rather limited, hard way of life, since a step to the side leads a person on a diet to the zero point from which he was forced to start. Good nutrition is, first of all, a pledge of good health, which will allow to prolong your life and at any age look 5-10 years younger! Any good nutrition, like the most "hard" diet, should have a "special" menu, which must be strictly observed. It is difficult enough to start eating properly, because when you want to achieve a certain goal and expect at least some result, it is necessary for you to have a backbone and willpower to limit yourself. In general, good nutrition does not have any limits or boundaries. It is always different, starting from internal installations of a person and ending with a state of health. If you start eating properly, it is worthwhile for yourself to determine for what purpose you have started eating right. Next, you should understand what result you want to keep and what you need to do for it. It is worth noting that you need to love the right food and make its menu diverse. And then this way of life will become a habit. Good nutrition has its own rules and principles. And those who decide to work on himself should follow them: Every day eat at least 400 g. of vegetables and fruits. But it is desirable to eat fruit at an early time of the day, as many of them have many calories and contain a lot of sugar. Include in your diet a variety of dairy products, such as: kefir, ryazhenka, sour cream, cottage cheese, natural yoghurts, etc. Do not give up eating meat (lean veal and chicken fillet) and fish (salmon or trout with lemon wedges). And, of course, do not forget about physical activities, because everyone knows the saying that sport is life! You should do at least a minimum of physical activities, for example, morning exercises which will help your body to wake up. Eat properly, it's not only fashionable, but also healthy.
